Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing partnership strategies to drive user growth.

You will establish and maintain relationships with potential partners to identify mutually beneficial opportunities, manage business negotiations to ensure smooth execution of partnership projects, and analyze market trends to identify new business growth areas.

In this role, you will bring innovative partners and projects to the company, coordinate internal resources to ensure the quality and efficiency of partnership project execution, and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with a track record of successful marketing partnership cases and client relationships
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with partners at all levels
  • Sharp market insight and business acumen, adept at identifying and seizing market opportunities
  • Effective project management skills, capable of collaborating across departments to ensure successful partnership project implementation
