As a Partner Development Manager for LATAM at AppsFlyer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our ecosystem across Latin America. In this role, you will act as a strategic liaison between AppsFlyer and our key strategic partners. You will cultivate deep relationships, identify joint growth opportunities, and co-create solutions that drive mutual value.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with regional sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner collaboration, market alignment, and business impact. What you'll do:

  • Co-develop strategic plans with top partners to drive mutual growth and long-term success
  • Gain deep expertise in each partner's business model, uncovering unique challenges and untapped opportunities
  • Identify key stakeholders and effectively navigate complex partner organizations to align on shared objectives
  • Apply critical thinking and analytical rigor to evaluate partnership performance and strengthen engagement
  • Prioritize and manage multiple high-impact relationships with excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Champion the adoption and expansion of AppsFlyer products among shared customers, enabling maximum value delivery
  • Spot and activate joint initiatives—such as co-marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, or innovation projects—to amplify collaboration
  • Foster strong cross-functional alignment by clearly communicating partnership strategies and securing internal stakeholder support
What you have:
  • 6+ years of Partner management experience or equivalent
  • Experience being a trusted partner with a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Strategic thinker with a solid grasp of the digital and mobile landscape
  • Clear, persuasive communicator and effective cross-functional liaison
  • Proactive and empathetic in resolving partnership challenges
  • Detail-oriented with follow-through skills
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English, Spanish & Portuguese
  • AppsFlyer is working in a hybrid model, requiring attendance at the office Monday-Wednesday
