Key Partnership Development Manager Role

The role of a Key Partnership Development Manager involves the development and growth of strategic partnerships within the messaging ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management.

This position requires the manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner business objectives with Meta's strategy and product roadmaps. The individual must be able to analyze data to set goals, measure impact, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

The Key Partnership Development Manager will work closely with messaging partners to advance projects and initiatives that have the highest impact on both their business and Meta's. This includes project managing new builds through test and launch.

  • Ownership of revenue and operational goals
  • Main point-of-contact and voice for Partners in the messaging ecosystem
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to synthesize Partner business, product, operations, and marketing with Meta's strategy and product roadmaps
  • Thought leadership at Meta by funneling platform insights and product feedback, influencing roadmaps where necessary
  • Work with data to set goals, actively measure impact of initiatives, and ensure alignment with broader business teams
  • Help Messaging Partners advance projects/initiatives that have highest impact on both their business and Meta's
  • Project manage new builds through test and launch

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of partnership, business development, and/or external-facing client experience, ideally from a fast-moving technology industry
  • Demonstrable experience developing working relationships at all levels of management, internally and externally, with specific emphasis on C-Suite relationships
  • Proven experience in project or product management, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects in parallel
  • Multicultural or international experience essential for success in this role, as Partner Manager will manage strategic partners whose business may expand across LATAM or globally
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using data to create executive summaries and business cases that drive decision-making and investments
  • Prior experience building products and technical abilities
  • Consulting and product management experience
  • Experience working in the messaging ecosystem
