
Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Senior HR Business partner for our Sao Paolo, Brazil location in the Santo Amaro region. This is a Hybrid position in the office at least 3 days per week.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be the primary HR contact for the local team, managing daily HR operations and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires an in-depth understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Brazilian labor laws. The HRBP will work closely with management and employees to foster a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture.

1. Payroll & Benefits Administration | Administração de Folha de Pagamento e Benefícios
- Oversee payroll processing, working with external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage benefits programs, liaising with vendors to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Stay updated on tax, labor, and social security regulations affecting payroll and benefits.
- Supervisionar o processamento da folha de pagamento, garantindo precisão e conformidade com parceiros externos.
- Gerenciar os programas de benefícios, mantendo contato com fornecedores para aprimorar a satisfação dos funcionários.
- Manter-se atualizado sobre regulamentações fiscais, trabalhistas e previdenciárias que impactam a folha de pagamento e benefícios.
- 2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment | Aquisição de Talentos e Recrutamento
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various levels, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with managers to define job descriptions and hiring strategies that align with business objectives.
- Implement diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
- Conduzir o processo completo de recrutamento, desde a triagem até a integração.
- Trabalhar com gestores para definir descrições de cargos e estratégias de contratação alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa.
- Implementar iniciativas de diversidade e inclusão no recrutamento.
- 3. Employee Relations & Engagement | Relações com Funcionários e Engajamento
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Develop engagement programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct investigations and recommend solutions for employee concerns.
- Atuar como consultor estratégico sobre políticas de RH, relações com funcionários e resolução de conflitos.
- Desenvolver programas de engajamento para promover uma cultura corporativa positiva.

- 4. Compliance & Legal Matters | Conformidade e Legislação Trabalhista
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws (CLT), health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor changes in employment legislation and update HR policies accordingly.
- Handle labor-related audits and inspections.
- Garantir conformidade com as leis trabalhistas brasileiras (CLT), normas de saúde e segurança e políticas corporativas.
- Monitorar mudanças na legislação trabalhista e atualizar as políticas de RH conforme necessário.
- Gerenciar auditorias e inspeções relacionadas ao trabalho.
- 5. Performance Management & Development | Gestão de Desempenho e Desenvolvimento
- Support performance evaluation processes, including goal-setting and employee development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Partner with leadership to drive talent management initiatives.
- Apoiar os processos de avaliação de desempenho, incluindo definição de metas e planos de desenvolvimento.
- Identificar necessidades de treinamento e coordenar programas de desenvolvimento profissional.
- Trabalhar em conjunto com a liderança para promover iniciativas de gestão de talentos.
