Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources management, with a strong focus on employee development, performance evaluation, engagement, recruitment, and labor legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the senior leadership team in administration and human resources management, adhering to headquarters guidelines.
  2. Manage employment and termination processes, including documentation checks and payroll system updates.
  3. Issue necessary documents, such as TRCT and CAGED, and perform monthly salary calculations, including vacation and 13th provision payments.
  4. Prepare reports for SAP SYSTEM and include payment information in the HR Master.
  5. Ensure timely issuance, checking, and sending of SEFIP to the government.
  6. Manage payroll taxes, including INSS, IRRF, FGTS, and union contribution taxes.
  7. Control external services, passing information and checking monthly invoices.
  8. Oversee benefits administration, meal allowance, life insurance, dental insurance, health insurance, and vacation payments.
  9. Attend internal and external audits for HR and Administration departments.
  10. Update corporate documents, including employment contracts and CNDs.
  11. Send payroll documents to accountants monthly.
  12. Develop and implement standard operating procedures according to HQ requests.
  13. Provide support to the board on labor legislation and its updates.
  14. Request and monitor work visas for expatriate directors.
  15. Negotiate with unions annually.

Requirements:

  • HR Labor Law knowledge.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese languages.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Planning, teamwork, concentrated attention, and written and verbal communication skills.
