Job Title: Senior Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Human Resources department. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain transparent HR processes to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the full payroll cycle, including employee onboarding, salary calculations, vacation time, and terminations.
  • Calculate and verify social security charges, taxes, and other employment-related obligations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with experience in payroll management and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees and management.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Brazil.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
