Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Handles escalated requests and provides a proper solution by analyzing the problem, its impact on the customer, and necessary actions.
  • Develops and delivers training to newly hired HR Specialists related to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) and customer service best practices.
  • Collaborates with HR leadership and other departments to resolve complex inquiries and transactions.
