Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to fill the role of Employee Experience Manager.

  • This individual will work closely with line managers and senior leaders to provide advice, coaching, and support to employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
  • Responsibilities will include facilitating employee onboarding, ensuring a positive pay-day experience every month, and providing guidance to management teams with ongoing performance management.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven experience in HRBP or junior HR advisory roles, preferably in fast-paced, complex organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application in business environments.
  • Commercially savvy professionals with strong understanding of business operations and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • A solutions-oriented approach, with proven track record of delivering results and handling complex HR matters.
  • Experience with HR analytics and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
