Seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Senior HR Advisor. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR solutions that drive employee engagement, talent development, and a high-performance culture.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions that drive business objectives.
  • Support onboarding, performance management and succession planning to attract and retain top talents.
  • Foster a positive work environment by developing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and company culture.
  • Implement training and development programs to build leadership and technical competencies. Assist on organizational design, restructuring, and headcount planning to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Address workforce concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Analyze HR data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex HR data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with HR systems and data analytics.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is a plus.
