About the Job
This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive human resource operations policies and SOPs that align with business goals and compliance requirements.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and documenting HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are well-integrated and operationally sound.
- Establish clear workflows and guidelines for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, probation and internal mobility, etc.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies that ensure consistency across all business units.
- Regularly review work with relevant departments and update HR policies to reflect changes in employment laws and best practices.
- Provide training and communication on policy updates and process changes to HR teams and managers.
Quality Control and Employee Experience
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of HR policies to improve employee experience and operational efficiency. This includes conducting periodic audits to verify adherence to HR policies and recommending corrective actions where needed.
