Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team as a Senior HR Advisor. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. They will also have a proven track record of implementing effective HR solutions that drive business results.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from talent management and succession planning to employee engagement and retention. You will also be responsible for analyzing HR data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions that drive business results.
  • Analyze HR data and KPIs to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement effective talent management and succession planning programs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective HR solutions that drive business results.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and KPIs to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Experience working in a global organization with diverse cultures and languages.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
