Senior Backend Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading database optimization and scalable software development initiatives.

  • Data Optimization and Database Performance: You will lead the design and optimization of databases to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency. This includes query optimization, indexing strategies, and data architecture best practices.
  • Back-End Data Processing: You will build and maintain efficient, scalable back-end systems to handle high data volumes, prioritizing the optimization of revenue-driving features.
  • Software Development: You will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Python: Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience building tools using Streamlit for Snowflake: Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Snowflake are also required.
  • Experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation and modeling: Upper-Intermediate English Level is also necessary.
