We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Region Change Management Lead for Latin America. The successful candidate will drive change management for the S4 Hana project in Latin America, ensuring changes get embraced, adopted, and sustained.

The SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey that provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. Mondelēz International is proceeding with a Smart Field approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.

Your Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management for the region.">
  • Work with leaders to create a compelling change story and case for change.">
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.">
  • Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization.">
  • Define, design, and execute strategic change management interventions.">
  • Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders.">
  • Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.">

About You:

We are looking for someone who is able to collaborate, communicate, and influence effectively to make things happen. Resilient, capable to deal with ambiguity and continuous challenges. Able to communicate in English and Spanish, Portuguese desirable. Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or relevant experience. Change management certification preferred.
