We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our parts and pricing strategy in Latin America.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial drive, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve profitability, manage pricing, and optimize the customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project management with cross-functional teams to develop new solutions and changes toward a wider portfolio to improve profitability
  • Working closely with markets to support them in their parts sales process, developing a proactive approach, challenging, and inspiring them to find new business opportunities
  • Managing three main scopes: business intelligence, parts products, and parts pricing, ensuring the health and profitability of the spare parts business

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

As a Strategic Parts and Pricing Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve profitability, manage pricing, and optimize the customer experience. You will also lead project management with cross-functional teams to develop new solutions and changes toward a wider portfolio to improve profitability. Additionally, you will manage three main scopes: business intelligence, parts products, and parts pricing, ensuring the health and profitability of the spare parts business.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
