Software Engineering Lead

At our organization, we are seeking a talented Software Engineering Lead to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving technology product and platform management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with development projects and teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Contribute to technical initiatives with a hands-on approach, lead technical teams, and participate in peer reviews to drive innovation.
  • Develop and implement quality standard methodologies across teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Design and drive development of products using cloud-based microservices architecture to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with peer engineers and customers to deliver impact on our products for various corporate sectors.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, preferably on C#, React/Angular, Python, and Data Engineering stack (SQL, No-SQL, ADF, Databricks, Py-Spark, etc.).
  • A deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, System Design.
  • Experience in one or more BI software tools like Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.
  • DevOps expertise, Azure/AWS with Jenkins, SonarQube, Git, Bitbucket, CI-CD modules.
