Senior Sales Development Leader
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Development Leader to work closely with our Global System Integrator partners throughout their sales cycles and across their sales organizations.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles, with a deep understanding of Linux and cloud software ecosystems, as well as open source selling models.
About the Role:
- Develop strategic relationships with partners at all levels and foster long-term partnerships with Ubuntu technology
- Negotiate commercial business terms and contracts
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of partner organizations and sales models, particularly with Global System Integrators
- Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and product management teams to deliver on targets and objectives while providing a voice of the partner
- Leverage executive interlocks between partners and our leadership team to drive business growth
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales development leadership roles, with a focus on alliances and indirect sales
- Expertise in Linux and cloud software ecosystems, as well as open source selling models
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with partners at all levels
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for driving business results through effective partnerships
