We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership group, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and commercial success of our Test & Learn solutions across key clients in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives, identifying business challenges where our Test & Learn solutions can drive measurable impact.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solution offerings that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand our Test & Learn footprint in Brazil through strategic partnerships and new business development.
  • Strategic Experimentation Support: Guide clients in designing and executing high-value experiments that drive ROI and business results.


Ideal Profile:
  • Sales Leadership: Proven track record of success in enterprise solution selling, preferably in analytics, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in retail, payments, or financial services is highly valued.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to influence and negotiate with C-level stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment.
