Job Summary

The Production Associate role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, handling tasks that require manual dexterity and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include operating machinery, handling materials, and performing quality control checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Quality Standards: Ensuring all fabricated products meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Managing workflow, optimizing processes, and improving productivity while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Material Handling: Unloading trailers, storing materials, and selecting items for fabrication or shipping as needed.
  • Machining Operations: Operating various machines, including shearing, bending, and cutting equipment, to produce reinforcing steel bars according to customer orders.
  • Assembly and Loading: Assembling orders onto trailers for shipping and ensuring accurate loading of materials.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Additionally, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and flexibility with overtime are essential.
