Position Overview:
RED Global is in search of a Multichannel Engagement Coordinator to support our client in Brazil. This role is designed for a contractor with a focus on enhancing communication strategies across various platforms.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and enhance the functionality of healthcare professional (HCP) portals.
2. Design, execute, and refine multichannel marketing initiatives targeting HCPs and patients, utilizing channels such as email, social networks, and digital advertisements.
3. Formulate engagement strategies aimed at improving interactions across all communication channels.
4. Identify and enhance the performance of effective communication avenues.
5. Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to develop customized content.
6. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and deliver comprehensive performance reports.
7. Partner with cross-departmental teams to ensure unified marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing or multichannel strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Must be able to commute to the office in Sao Paulo.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and fluency in English.
