Field Technician
Overview:We are seeking an experienced Field Technician to join our organization. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve operational issues with applications installed on desktops, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals
- Install, maintain, and optimize desktops and laptops at client sites (Rollout)
- Perform diagnostics and resolve performance issues with equipment
- Execute maintenance and repair services when necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising clients on preventive maintenance and configurations that may impact equipment performance
- Instruct clients on system operation and maintenance
- Integrate knowledge and experience as a qualified expert
- Maintain knowledge of a wide range of policies and procedures in the field
- Possess extensive knowledge of related processes, disciplines, and/or technologies and their interdependencies
- Possess deep technical knowledge in a specialized area
- Apply advanced principles, theories, concepts, and technologies, as well as knowledge of related disciplines to resolve problems and offer solutions
- Conduct problem identification on servers if necessary, always with the assistance of a specialist (hands-on)
- Support critical users (VIP)
- Deep technical knowledge in a specialized area
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
