About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Delivery Specialist to join our team at IBM Consulting in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

As a Process Delivery Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering deep technical and industry expertise to our clients, working in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor supplier indicators and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient delivery of demands.
  • Control and create dashboards to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
  • Participate in meetings with clients or suppliers to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Ensure productivity and efficiency in administrative routines and business process outsourcing (BPO) activities.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Advanced Excel skills to analyze and present data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience with administrative routines and BPO to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • SAP experience to leverage technical expertise and drive business outcomes.
Education

High School Diploma/GED is required, while a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
