Job Title: Administrative Assistant

At Publicity For Good, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Operations Manager and Executive Team with various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Management Support: Ensure the team remains focused on delivering exceptional client satisfaction and long-term outcomes.
  • Process Management: Create, implement, and support company processes and documentation to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Fact-Checking & Business Development: Ensure accuracy in all aspects and explore new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Team & Leadership Management: System Implementation, Decision-Making & Conflict Resolution, Time Study & Reports, Project Management, and Goal Tracking.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in Administration, Marketing, or similar fields is appreciated.
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations roles.
  • Sales Experience is a bonus.
  • High-Level Communication Skills, Adaptability, Emotional Resilience, Leadership & Self-Awareness, Goal Setting & Execution, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
