Supply Chain Optimization Leader

Implement scalable solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency, focusing on process optimization and output improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of supply chain operations through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand pain points and metrics, identifying defects and driving requirements definition for system changes.
  • Develop an end-to-end product strategy for supply chain optimization, prioritizing customer experience, automation, and regional specificities.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions for weekly deep-dive analytics on inventory metrics, including stock availability, inventory management, and local in-stock at various business levels.
  • Lead product development for new solutions, tracking business and operations inputs, and understanding improvements required to achieve optimal results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, category managers, and supply chain teams, to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps with clear success metrics and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.
