Senior Mainframe Software Configuration Manager

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe professional to manage source code libraries, automate software configuration management tasks, and support development and operations teams.
- Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining Panvalet libraries for source code, JCL, macros, and copybooks.
- The ideal candidate will administer ChangeMan ZMF packages across environments (DEV, TEST, QA, PROD).
- Ongoing tasks involve performing impact analysis, troubleshooting promotion failures, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Able to automate SCM tasks using REXX, CLIST, and JCL scripting.
- Collaborate with developers, operations, and governance teams to ensure smooth software delivery.
- Document SCM processes and provide training to ensure consistent practices.
