Business Development Executive

Moneybase is a multi-award-winning finance platform that allows individuals and businesses to easily manage their financial needs, from daily payments to investments and treasury management. It has formed part of Calamatta Cuschieri Moneybase plc, a leading diversified financial services group that founded the Maltese financial services industry in 1971. The company currently employs 200 people spread across three core business lines: Fintech, Investment Services, and Fund Administration.

We are considered innovators in our areas of operation. Our goal is to deliver service excellence in everything we do. As a Business Development Executive, your role will focus on developing new business and managing relationships with B2B customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining high-level contacts with current and prospective customers.
  • Understanding the competitive landscape, maintaining active networking and relationship building.
  • Conducting thorough market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Developing business proposals and contracts to draw in revenue from clients.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to enhance B2B communication.
  • Managing key accounts with our clients through providing excellent customer service, addressing any escalations and upselling other services offered through Moneybase.
  • Preparing financial projections and evaluating company targets.
  • Reporting key metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of business development processes.
Experience & Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales or a related field.
