Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and iGaming-specific licensing requirements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial resources.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide accurate and timely financial reports to the CEO and board, offering insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Oversee liquidity, banking relationships, and investment strategies.
- Cost Control & Profitability: Monitor expenses, implement cost-saving initiatives, and maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and professional development.
- Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with investors, auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- M&A & Investment Strategies: Assess and oversee mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or Masters in Accounting/Finance).
- Proven Experience in the iGaming Industry is essential.
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a CFO or similar senior finance role within an iGaming company.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax structures, and compliance in iGaming jurisdictions.
- Experience in managing financial operations across multiple markets and jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and investment strategies.
- Knowledge of digital payment solutions and gaming-related financial transactions.
- Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and emerging financial technologies in iGaming.
