**Job Title**: Senior Finance Officer

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Accounting Operations**:

- Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, PSP reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.

**Audit Management and Liquidation Processes**:

- Coordinate and lead external audits and part-audits.
- Work closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve any audit-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during liquidation procedures.

**Financial Analysis & Reporting**:

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

**Team Leadership**:

- Mentor and support junior finance team members.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote best practices in financial management.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Fully qualified accountant (Master's in Accountancy or ACCA Professional).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
- At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing audits and liquidations.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, IFRS, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Business Central Dynamics 365, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
