About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support our revenue process through data analysis and reporting. This position requires strong business acumen, autonomy, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational and renewal data to provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations for effective decision-making.
  • Leverage transactional and other data to identify underlying trends within the business and guide business leaders.
  • Participate in regional process improvement initiatives and demonstrate thought leadership around marketing, sales, and customer success data processes and operations.
  • Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization.
Requirements
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Experience with Sales/Customer Success/Marketing Operations.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
