Job Title: Corporate Development Manager

Operation Smile, Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Development Manager to join our team in Latin America. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who thinks about opportunities, enjoys networking, and understands the dynamics of today's global funding landscape.

Scope of Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Development Manager to collaborate with our Operation Smile Foundations across Latin America, develop new donors, and manage relationships with our strategic corporate donors. This person will be responsible for ensuring their continued engagement and support for our organization's programs and initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Implement the regional fundraising strategy for cash and GIK, including a communication plan for strategic corporate accounts tailored to their specific interests, needs, and giving history.
  2. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to corporate donor engagement and revenue.
  3. Create and lead main interactions with corporate donor employees for fundraising activities, volunteering, and employee engagement.
  4. Lead from Operation Smile any cause marketing campaign related to assigned strategic corporate donors.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders from strategic corporate donors in Latin America.
  6. Create a list of programs and local expenses to be funded with local cash.
  7. Create a LATAM event list with key dates for the year.
  8. Expand LATAM partnerships across the globe.
  9. Collaborate with the Operation Smile program and communications teams to create compelling proposals, impact reports, and other donor communications.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or non-profits.
  • Full English-Spanish proficiency, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Passion for the mission and values of Operation Smile, and a commitment to social impact and social justice.
