As a strategic project coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our projects.
Job DescriptionOur ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of project phases, meeting timelines, and delivering value to internal and external stakeholders. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement, standardize practices, and facilitate knowledge management within the project area.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Project Management, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in consulting projects, management, or structured corporate environments.
- Operational fluency with task and project management tools (Planner, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Miro, etc.).
- Languages: Fluent Portuguese, advanced English, advanced Spanish.
