Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the success of our construction projects. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that requires own transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all on-site activities to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Maintain an organized site presentation that reflects positively on the company.
  • Ensure design details align with production working documents to prevent misunderstandings and delays.
  • Provide weekly project status updates to stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers.
  • Collaborate with trade contractors for on-site pricing of scope changes to ensure accuracy and fairness.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with project participants, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Manage work performance related to scheduling, quality, and staffing to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee coordinated project operation among all trades to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Develop and implement project work schedules and critical path to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum 5-10 years of commercial construction field supervision experience, preferably in the Industrial, Healthcare, and/or Life Sciences sector.
  • Proficient in all aspects of construction with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Committed to quality, using customer input for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates integrity, supports company values, and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains positive relationships with stakeholders, including owner/client, engineers, architects, and project managers.
  • Demonstrates proficiency using a laptop and company communication tools like email, internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).
