Senior Supply Chain Analyst

This role is responsible for placing purchase orders directly with our supply base and ensuring order fulfillment. Prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies for customer-related business processes or for internal use. Managing the triangulation process between ChemTreat and suppliers to ensure the assembly of equipment. This individual will work closely with Commercial, back office, and suppliers.
**In this position, you will have the opportunity to**:
Process daily orders as received from internal customers. Track and make follow-ups regarding purchase orders for direct and indirect materials. Ensure order fulfillment to improve on-time shipment, while communicating shortfalls. Track vendor performance and work with the Supplier Quality Team Lead to drive improvements. Facilitate meetings to review vendor performance while upholding ChemTreat standards. Efficiently resolve vendor discrepancies (price, quality, delays, safety, etc.) while working with suppliers to drive to root cause and implementing corrective actions where needed. Drive continuous improvement through daily reporting of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Identify and lead continuous improvement activities using multiple tools (Problem Solving Process, Kaizen, etc.). Manage Blanket PO's from issuance to renewal/deposition and keep the ERP healthy. Maintain shared departmental standard work documents. Manage the inventory of raw materials, spare parts, and equipment with logistics and planning. Responsible for setting up items within the ERP system when needed. Monitor the assembly of equipment (triangulation process) between ChemTreat and suppliers.
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
5+ years of experience performing in positions of Purchasing and Supply Chain processes, tax analysis. Strong Excel knowledge including Vlookups and pivot tables. Strong negotiation skills. College degree completed.
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
English and Spanish at an intermediate level.
**Preferred skills**:
Self-motivated and with logical reasoning. Ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or equivalent. Operates transparently and is trustworthy.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part of the time at the company location in São Paulo/SP and part of the time remotely from your home. Additional information about this hybrid work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.
