Job Summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Analyst to join our Supply Chain Strategy team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing analysis and recommendations to support Ball's Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the analysis of strategic investment opportunities across our supply chain network, from scenario analysis to investment approval submission.
  • Support footprint modeling (Ball and competitors) and optimisation scenario analysis.
  • Maintain long-term planning models, including network optimisation and competitive advantage analysis.
  • Retrieve sales, production, inventory, and financial data from various systems and reporting tools to integrate into broader analyses.
  • Contribute to the long-term strategic planning cycle (3-5 years), closely collaborating with the Supply Chain Planning & Execution, Manufacturing & Growth Teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, O&SC, and Growth teams to support cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support for major transformation and cross-functional Supply Chain cost-reduction projects.
  • Build and present recommendations for various stakeholder groups, including Regional Executive Leadership Team, Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Team, and the Enterprise Leadership Team.
Requirements
  • Analyzing and drawing insights from large datasets.
  • Producing effective presentations of financial/operational analysis.
  • Maintaining financial and operational models.
  • Working cross-functionally and collaboratively.
