Backend Software Developer

We are seeking a seasoned software developer with expertise in TypeScript, software development methodologies, and the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex applications. This individual will significantly contribute to our team's technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate frontend and backend components.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical individuals, while also contributing to team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Technical Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a backend developer.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS, and Relational and Non-Relational Databases.
  • 2+ years of experience deploying and running code on AWS Lambda, with hands-on experience using DynamoDB and RDS.
  • Strong understanding of clean code principles and separation of concerns.
  • Emphasize the importance of testing, automated testing frameworks, and writing unit tests.
  • Design RESTful APIs, architect software systems (considering scalability, maintainability, and performance).
  • Familiarity with design patterns, microservices, and other software design principles.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI, CD, and deployments pipelines), utilizing tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes for development and deployment.
  • Experience with Python and/or Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus.
