We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR ADM Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
About the Role:- Supervise salary pre-liquidation and its impact on earnings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage employee registration and termination processes efficiently, minimizing disruptions to our operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives, enhancing overall productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management and other control areas, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- An advanced degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating expertise in HR administration and analysis.
- Proficiency in relevant laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
- Experience working in service companies, with a strong understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
