The role of an HR Analyst is to provide strategic support to business operations by developing and implementing effective HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities- To analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies that enhance the productivity and retention of employees
- To support all employees with HR matters, including payroll doubts and benefits
- To monitor HR indicators in the areas of vacancies, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, infractions, etc.
- To conduct investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues
- To maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
- To provide performance management guidance to line management
- To assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
The HR Analyst will act as a business partner to support business decisions involving people. This includes consulting with managers on HR guidance when appropriate and participating in business meetings to ensure that HR issues are part of the agenda.
Area of Responsibility 2: Recruitment ProcessThe HR Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and conducting analysis on job descriptions to search for promising job applicants. They will also define the most appropriate recruitment media depending on the level of the position and coordinate assessments processes when needed.
Area of Responsibility 3: Training and DevelopmentThe HR Analyst will organize and monitor the annual performance review and support line management during the process. They will also ensure that leaders and teams define their individual goals and implement development plans.
Area of Responsibility 4: Internal Communication and ClimateThe HR Analyst will propose and develop an action plan to improve or maintain good work morale and employee satisfaction. They will also define and implement the strategy for climate survey and organize different events to create and maintain personnel motivation and productivity.
Education and Experience RequirementsA degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Logistics, Comex or related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources is also required.
Certifications: Intermediary level of Microsoft Office. Fluency in English language.
