  • Take and deliver messages promptly
  • Note important details discussed during conversations
  • Verify client information for accuracy
  • Weigh clients as needed and record weights
  • Schedule appointments according to hospital guidelines
  • Provide product information and answer client questions
  • Fill prescriptions and provide routine administration instructions
  • Promote consent forms and discuss financial policies with clients
  • Maintain a clean reception area and front desk
  • Explain invoices and collect payments
