Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and improvement of customer onboarding, responsible gaming, and regulatory reporting functionalities for a significant market. As a key player at the intersection of business, operations, development, and user experience, your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities to enhance the product roadmap, prioritizing customer needs within your domain.

Your ultimate goal is to craft a compelling vision and strategy for the Brazilian product, defining metrics for success, setting targets, and collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate progress.

  • You will serve as a liaison between the Swedish counterpart and the LeoVegas group product & engineering teams.
  • Develop a high-impact product for a vast market of over 200 million people.
  • Establish and scale-up the delivery organization for the Brazilian market in multiple locations.
  • Delve into customer behavior and preferences, combining insights with experimentation to design optimal onboarding, verification, and responsible gaming flows.
  • Cultivate innovative solutions to optimize conversion rates in sign-up and verification processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to estimate workload and scope activity.
  • Maintain open communication with compliance functions and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal and operational requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • A background in leading digital management consulting agencies with client ownership or product development in digital scale-ups.
  • Excellent skills in service design and user-centric product development.
  • The ability to translate quantitative data into informed product decisions.
  • Nice to have: understanding of the iGaming market across multiple territories, experience with data visualization tools, and proficiency in Portuguese language.
