Senior Leadership Consultant

This role can be based in a major metropolitan area, such as Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro. As part of our Consulting Practice in Brazil, you would work with senior leaders, executive teams, and boards from leading national and multi-national companies across all industry sectors in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop consulting skills by working on various projects. You will contribute to senior leadership teams and gain exposure to key stakeholders across multiple industries and regions. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing consulting solutions as part of client engagements.
  • Preparing proposals and supporting business development activities.
  • Acting as an engagement manager on specific projects.
  • Supporting principals and partners in their delivery.

You will begin to lead problem-solving efforts on a large portion of client engagements. Specifically, your responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and analyzing data and information;
  • Generating insights from analysis.
  • Presenting information and insights in an impactful way to drive client engagement and delivery.
  • Delivering consulting solutions that meet client needs.
  • Facilitating client sessions and managing client relationships.
