Are you looking for a new challenge in the IT sector? We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team in Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will play a crucial role in finding and informing suitable candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.

Job Description

The Swedish IT industry is in need of skilled engineers, with around 30,000 required by 2030. You will be responsible for building trust with suitable candidates, coordinating with a global team, and being supported by our Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong track record of successful recruitment in the IT sector.
  • A well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods.
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Durable, stubborn, and passionate about success.
  • Responsive, responsible, and representative appearance.
Benefits

  • Full-time position with a long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur (minimum 12 months).
  • Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex time.

  • Remuneration starting at $1200 USD plus remittance fees and taxes.
