Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a comprehensive contact list
  • Create presentations as assigned
  • Conduct thorough market research
  • Address employee administrative inquiries efficiently
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in online calendars and scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Support Specialist or similar role
