Responsibilities- Support recruitment processes and talent acquisition activities.
- Assist with people operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with teams and communicate with clients when necessary.
- Maintain documentation and data in spreadsheets and related tools.
- Must-haves: Proficiency in English (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
- Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree.
