Are you looking for a career boost in the field of hiring and talent acquisition? As a Hiring Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our recruiting processes and talent acquisition activities. You will assist with people operations and administrative tasks, coordinate with teams, and communicate with clients when necessary.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruiting processes and talent acquisition activities.
  • Assist with people operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with teams and communicate with clients when appropriate.
  • Maintain documentation and data in spreadsheets and related tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written), strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, and undergraduate degree.
  • Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
