About the RoleThe Engineering & Product Talent Team partners with R&D leadership to identify, source, assess, and hire candidates who meet our current and future hiring and diversity goals. We own and drive the recruiting process from need identification and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth transition to HR for onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior engineering leadership and hiring managers to identify needs and develop sourcing strategies that generate a consistent candidate pipeline.
- Play a full life-cycle recruiting role, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, using knowledge of the competitive landscape and market compensation norms to guide the candidate and hiring manager through the offer negotiation and closing process.
- Conduct hands-on sourcing and screening for open headcount, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate initial interest, followed by deeper Zoom qualification calls before sharing candidates with the hiring teams.
- Act as the point person for hiring managers and related teams, balancing multiple concurrent searches with competing priorities.
- Create recruiting plans that increase the potential candidate pool and ensure a diverse range of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Help identify tools and process tweaks that improve the recruiting platform and efficiency.
- Ten or more years of relevant technical recruiting experience, including direct experience working for a company building products for the enterprise market and prior experience working in an agency environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to seamlessly transition between all stages of an end-to-end recruiting process and manage multiple searches for multiple hiring managers simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Discretion and good judgment are critical skills for this role, as erroneous decisions can significantly impact functional and company operations.
