Senior Supply Chain Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Supply Chain Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our departmental plans. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of industry trends.


About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project efforts, overseeing project staff, and driving strategic sourcing and material management initiatives. They will also maintain relationships with major suppliers, lead supply chain professionals, and provide input into project estimating and staffing processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive departmental plans, aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve financial and operational targets.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual and legal risks, opportunities, and compliance matters.
  • Manage SCM's policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Supply Chain roles, with 6+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven projects and initiatives.
