We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Supply Chain Consultant. This role offers the chance to grow technically in Supply Chain Optimization while taking on a consultative position, providing sales support to our organizations.


About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for technical growth and business development in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Supply Chain Optimization and excellent communication skills to articulate the value of our solutions.


Main Responsibilities
  • Articulate the value message of AspenTech Supply Chain solutions to customers in Latin America
  • Participate in consulting engagements to facilitate sales, including workshops, value assessments, and seminars
  • Facilitate customers' understanding of AspenTech Supply Chain solutions: technical functionality, value creation, and business process improvement
  • Perform customer demonstrations of AspenTech Supply Chain products
  • Assist in the development of commercial proposals to customers in Latin America

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with 5-8 years of practical experience in Refining or Chemical industry
  • Experience in Supply Chain areas, either consulting or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in using Aspen Supply Chain products such as Aspen PIMS, Aspen Unified PIMS, APS/Orion, Plant Scheduler, or other Production Planning and Scheduling software solutions
  • Knowledge of manufacturing business processes in the Refining and/or Chemical industry and associated technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese, with Spanish desirable
  • Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time in Brazil and all countries in Latin America/Caribbean
