The primary responsibility of this role is to be the subject matter expert for assigned aircraft models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review technical documentation from manufacturers, vendors, and airworthiness authorities to issue instructions as needed.
- Evaluate technical information against applicable aircraft types in a timely manner and advise on temporary amendments and distribution to technical publications.
- Assist with technical queries and requirements between organizations, including repairs and client communication.
- Review flight safety and airworthiness information and issue instructions as required.
- Assess data change requests and make recommendations for amendment as necessary.
- Collaborate with Airworthiness Departments to investigate and follow up on safety reporting incidents.
- Monitor implementation of airworthiness directives, mandatory service bulletins, repairs, and company modifications, liaising with supply chains when necessary.
- Review reliability reports and take action for improvement as required.
Requirements:
- Licensed Engineer or AMT qualification
- 5+ years of experience on Leonardo types (AW139/AW189)
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, Workday, and Service Now
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Integrity and collaboration
