Job Title: Senior Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Expert to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, industrial, metallurgical, or chemical engineering, with experience working on oil and gas or mining projects. They will be responsible for defining and executing strategies for projects, reviewing and approving the work of others, and supporting department and corporate management in successful delivery to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical reports using knowledge and available data.
  • Define and execute strategies for projects, including corrosion and integrity management.
  • Review and approve the work of others before issue.
  • Support department and corporate management in successful delivery to clients.
  • Develop own technical knowledge and assist with the development of others.
  • Communicate effectively with other individuals in the department.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering or related areas.
  • Advanced English Level (Minimum B2).
  • Solid background working on O&G or Mining projects (Pipeline Integrity projects).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good project planning skills.
