We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans and controls to drive business growth.
This includes establishing financial controls, preparing reports, and advising management on financial matters.
- Prepare detailed closing reports and management indicators for informed decision-making.
- Monitor and control financial variations against budgets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze and consolidate information for budget exercises in different scenarios, providing valuable insights.
- Evaluate processes and implement improvements related to control and management, enhancing overall performance.
The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, advanced Excel and SAP HANA skills, and knowledge of Tableau, VBA, and AI is a plus.
Preferred experience in the automotive industry is advantageous, and a full university degree in economics, accounting, administration, or engineering is required. An MBA or master's degree in finance is a plus.
