Job Title: System Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT team. As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and diagnose incidents according to agreed procedures.
  • Investigate causes of incidents and seek resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents.
  • Facilitate recovery following resolution of incidents.
  • Document and close resolved incidents according to agreed procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent in Information Technology.
  • Relevant industry qualifications or tertiary degree - MCSE preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in relevant technologies.
  • Strong Windows server skills.
  • Strong Microsoft System Centre Operation Manager skills.
  • Office 365 Administration.
  • Application packaging - SCCM.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of change management processes.
  • A focus on customer service and business enablement.
  • Working knowledge of the ITIL v3 Framework.
  • Familiarity of Project Management methodologies.
  • Experience in a consultancy or service delivery environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective presentations.
